Packages start at $24.95
per person and include:

Please note: You must pay for at least 30 adult priced entrees (50 for upstairs) before any meals are charged at child's prices. Children's Meals are available for those under age 10 and are in the $3 to $4 range.

An appropriate number of service staff are assigned to your party.

Rooms can be arranged to accommodate a head table, gift table or cake table. (Please note: There is a $1.00 per person cake cutting fee for cakes brought into the restaurant.)

How To Book Your Party at Chadwicks
Determine the Size of Your Party - Chadwicks has two private rooms available for parties. The first floor room can is used for parties between 30 - 40 people. Our second floor room, which is available Sunday through Thursdays only, can accommodate groups of 50 to 65 for dinner and up to 100 for cocktail parties.

Book Your Date and Make a Deposit - We require a $100.00 deposit which is refundable up to thirty days prior to your event. Unless otherwise specified, the deposit will be subtracted from your total the day of the party.


Choose Your Menu - We will need your menu selections two weeks prior to the event. On the night of your party, your guests will be able to order from the custom designed menu you have chosen. Buffet style and heavy appetizer parties are also available. Ask for details.


Choose Your Bar Arrangements - Alcoholic beverages are charged on a consumption basis only. You pay only for what is consumed by your guests. There are numerous options available, ranging from Open Bar (all alcoholic beverages paid by host) to Cash Bar (individuals pay for their own drinks.) A popular choice is to offer beer, wine and rail liquor at a maximum of $5.25 per drink. Another choice is to offer alcoholic beverages up to a certain monetary limit and then switch to a Cash Bar. We are happy to work with you to choose the best plan for your individual needs.
(Please note: There is a $10 per bottle corkage fee for all wine/champagne brought into the restaurant.)
